Abstract

One should look for the Priljubović’s progenitor in a certain Utješen, father of Priljub Utješinović, who lived in the second half of the fourteenth century. Priljub’s heirs are Dabiživ, Radče and Radoslav Priljubović. Dabiživ Priljubović’s certified heirs are Dobrovoj, Ostoja, Radonja and Pavko Dabiživović. Radič Priljubović’s heirs are Strijež and Milorad Radčić. Dabiživ, recorded in the sources in the period between 1401 and 1442, had an accentuated position among the Priljubovićs. The Priljubovićs had fiefs and people in the area of the villages of Talež, Ljubokovo (Ljubovo), Gola Glavica and Mustaći. Their people take care of agriculture. They participate to a considerable extent in thefts, especially in the period 1419-1422. Although documents about them and their people are numerous, their position in the Trebinje area is not yet fully understood.
