80s Action Superhero Movie

Abstract

Since 2005, when the Chuck Norris facts’ joke emerged, so did the proces of the global recollection of what Chuck Norris, amongst others, meant for defining the action hero in the American movies, but also in the world movie comunity. The 20th century 80’s were very fruitful in terms of action movies, especially ones with the profile of the all-American hero, often played by Chuck Norris. This paper treats the phenonenon of the action movie all-American hero, with a special stress on the main characters discourse.
