Abstract
The paper discusses the techniques, principles and methods in the efficient, accelerated and successful learning, but also teaching, prosodic features of standard Bosnian. As the accent distinctive feature of the language, do not know the accents so that they know how to use, as well as letters (accents flawlessly know read, write, and speak) would be the awareness of a certain degree of illiteracy, respectively in the grounds of disability and language proficiency.
